The more mindful we are of our thoughts and feelings, the more freedom we have in acting in alignment with the things that really matter to us. When we’re mindful about the things that matter, we can make conscious changes to ourselves, and then the world.
Taking this as our starting point, Mindful Creation aims to provide resources for people so as to enhance meaningful connection with others around them and mindful awareness with themselves.
This is what we refer to as being part of the change.
We draw on a range of sources including contextual psychology, neuroscience, Buddhist psychology and other non-denominational approaches.
Our vision is to inspire and empower one million people towards achievable patterns of mindful change.
Mindful Creation develops accessible resources to empower people with insights into the human mind and behaviour, in order to enhance meaningful connection, mindful change and self-growth.
I work in addictions and mental health in Melbourne, Australia. I’m the founder of Mindful Creation and the co-founder of our registered charity, ACT on it: Mindfulness for Teens.
Mindfulness: The Art of Being Human is our smartphone app (available in the App Store and Google Play). This project has been several years in the making and we’re really excited to share it with you. Please go check it out on the home page and maybe even share it with your friends.
