The Countdowns

The Countdowns Meditation for sleep is a guided relaxation for just under 30 minutes. This is introduced by Reuben with a basic awareness and relaxation phase.

It then moves into a countdown for energetic surrender to the sensations of gravity, as well as some other similar notions to aid a restful night of sleep.
